We have prepared some frequently asked questions for you. Browse our list below.

How do I register for a course?

Click on "Find Your Course" in the top menu and navigate the course category that most interests you (LEED, BPI, RESNET, Solar, etc.). You will see a list of courses for each category. Learn about each course by clicking on the course titles. When you're viewing the course page, you'll have several opportunities to enroll in a session. Simply click the REGISTER NOW buttons placed throughout the page to add the product to your shopping cart. Then continue through with the checkout process.

Can I register multiple participants?

Absolutely! Simply change the quantity in your shopping cart to however many participants will need the training. Be sure to include the names and unique email addresses of the participants in the order notes.

Can multiple participants view the online training from the same computer?

Participants can use the same computer. However, each participant must have their own training account and unique login credentials. This can be achieved by purchasing multiple seats to a course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, monthly payment plans, and financing with Affirm.

What address should be used if we're mailing a check?

Do you offer financial aid?

No. Financial aid is only provided for Title IV schools, which are schools that offer degree/college credit programs. Everblue Training is a training provider that focuses on exam prep and short-course, vocational training for those interested in gaining a professional industry certification. Our courses do not count for college credit, nor do they result in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree.

Do you offer scholarships or grant funding?

No, however we will accept payment if you have received a scholarship or grant from another institution.

Is your course approved by my local workforce agency?

Our courses are approved in our home state of North Carolina by our local NC Works agency. Oftentimes, the workforce agencies offer reciprocity across state lines, so our recommendation is to contact your local workforce agency and see if they will honor our course as NC Works has.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, both.

Financing - We have partnered with a financial lender called Affirm. With this option, you choose Affirm as your payment method on the checkout page. This will open a pop-up window where you will supply some basic information about yourself (for Affirm to verify your identity). They will run a soft credit check to see if you are eligible to split the training fee into 3, 6, or 12 fixed monthly payments.

Payment Plan - This informal option is much like “layaway.” You make a down payment of $600 to reserve your seat in the course and then pay on the balance at your convenience in dollar amounts of your choosing. Simply call 800-460-2575 to make payments. You will not receive access to any course content until you are paid in full.

Do you accept GI Bill funding?

Although we are a Veteran Owned Small Business, we are exempt in our home state from accepting GI Bill funding.

However, we do offer a 10% military discount with valid DD214. Please email us a copy of your DD214 so we can verify your status.

What discounts are available?

We offer a 10% military discount on all training programs.

We also offer an "early bird" discount if you register for a live course at least 2 weeks before the course start date.

How can I create an invoice to give to my employer?
