Who is this class intended for?

This Multifamily QCI training course is designed for WAP personnel who presently perform and/or having a working knowledge of multifamily auditing and/or multifamily project management and/or multifamily post inspections on low to mid rise multifamily units of wood, steel, or masonry construction.

Are there any prerequisites?

This course is specifically tailored to those in WAP who can document experience performing one or more of the following:

  • initial multifamily audits or assessments
  • has managed multifamily WAP projects to completion
  • has post inspected completed multifamily projects
  • has a current BPI Multifamily Building Analyst Certification
  • has a current BPI HEP QC Inspector Certification
  • Is presently employed as a WAP grantee technical monitor

Is there an exam at the end of this program?

There is a 25-question multiple-choice exam at the end of this course. You must receive a 70% or higher to pass. You will receive a certificate of completion from Everblue.

Is the Multifamily QCI training approved for BPI CEUs?

Yes! The online (self-paced) format is approved for 18 BPI CEUs. We include information in the course on how to request and submit these hours to BPI.
