The instructor (Tony Ericksen) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me so many tips on everything from how to install the blower door easier to how to run the manometer better. He went over things that were not tested just to learn the equipment better. He taught "how and why" things worked, not just what was on the test. That is how I remember things is if I know the purpose.

I'm very happy to know that I was successful at this certification. I really thank Chris for the format, it really got my attention. Of course you have to apply yourself, but the way the class is formatted really help me to wrap my mind around it. Thanks
