The Weatherization Technician program trains individuals to improve home energy efficiency by installing insulation, sealing air leaks, repairing or upgrading heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and applying weatherization techniques that make homes safer, healthier, and more comfortable while reducing energy waste.

Everblue offers a bundled training option combining the Weatherization Technician and Energy Specialist programs for a more comprehensive learning experience—apprentices who complete the Weatherization Technician program first will receive credit for overlapping content when advancing into the Energy Specialist track.
