How do I see when my course access expires?
First, log into Everblue's course portal. If you see a long list of courses, this means that your access has expired, and you won't be able to progress beyond this page.
Alternatively, if you only see your course, then you do still have access. Click on it. You will see a section on the far right side of the page called Enrolment Timer. This section will tell you how much time you have left.
How will you know which of my courses to extend?
It would greatly help us if you left an order comment during the checkout process indicating which course to extend. Otherwise, we will research your order history and extend your most recently purchased course.
How soon can I expect to be back up and running?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Please take this into account when you place your order.
If you place your order during the work week, please allow up to 24 hours for us to re-activate your course.
If you place your order during the weekend, our team will address it first thing Monday morning.
Do I need to buy this product with the same email address as what I used in my original order?
Yes, that will help us research your order history and update your existing account as quickly as possible.
My course access expired X months/years ago. Can I still extend my training with this product?
This course extension product is meant for those registered within the last year.
We frequently update our curriculum in response to industry and standard changes. This often results in the creation of a new product or course. To ensure that you are receiving the most up-to-date content, you should register for the newest course on our site.
How many extensions can I get?
In order to help users achieve their career goals, we limit course extensions to five per course. We want to ensure that you have a deadline to work toward, rather than prolonging your goal and risking not achieving it.
Can I get an extension on all the courses?
No, course extensions are not available for OSHA 10 or 2017 National Electrical Code training.
Will one extension cover all of my enrolled courses?
No, the course extension is designed to align with one course. If you are enrolled in multiple courses that require an extension, please adjust the quantity of 30-day course extensions in your cart to accommodate all of the desired courses.
