Everblue Joins Virginia Energy Efficiency Council

Everblue is thrilled to announce its official membership in the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council (VAEEC), further solidifying its commitment to advancing energy efficiency across the Commonwealth. As a frequent collaborator with VAEEC, this membership marks the next chapter in Everblue’s ongoing efforts to drive sustainable practices and workforce development in Virginia.

Everblue has long been a key player in Virginia’s energy efficiency landscape, partnering with the Virginia Community College System and earning approval as a private provider of Related Technical Instruction for Registered Apprenticeship through Virginia Works. Joining VAEEC builds on these strong ties, enhancing Everblue’s ability to influence energy efficiency policy, engage with industry leaders, and provide top-notch training and certification programs tailored to Virginia’s needs.

“Becoming a member of the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council is a natural progression for Everblue,” said Jon Boggiano, Co-Founder of Everblue. “Our longstanding collaboration with VAEEC and deep roots in Virginia’s energy sector make this membership particularly meaningful. We’re excited to continue working closely with VAEEC to promote energy efficiency and expand opportunities for workforce development across the state.”

As a VAEEC member, Everblue gains access to a broader network of energy efficiency professionals, industry resources, and advocacy initiatives. This membership enhances Everblue’s ability to stay at the forefront of industry developments, contribute to policy discussions, and deliver cutting-edge training that equips Virginians with the skills needed to lead in energy efficiency.

Everblue’s involvement with VAEEC also underscores its dedication to the communities it serves in Virginia. By joining forces with a respected organization like VAEEC, Everblue is poised to make an even greater impact on the state’s energy efficiency efforts, helping to create a more sustainable and resilient future.
